Ingredients

1 cup wild rice

diced mushrooms

diced red onion

diced bell peppers

kale

grape seed oil

quinoa (optional)

coconut aminos

afar sea salt

cayenne pepper

Instructions

Boil 4 cups of water, add wild rice and reduce heat to low simmer

sautee onions, mushrooms, peppers in grape seed oil on very low heat

steam kale (cut into small bite sizes)


Mix all ingredients in large wok add seasonings
